In your construction business do you have a bigger picture in mind or are you just accepting working, taking jobs, completing jobs, moving on to the next and repeating year after year? What’s the end goal for your company? Are you investing money in infrastructure, real-estate, new team members, etc? How are you going to be able to walk away from your construction business one day with enough money to truly be done? As general contractors we tend to get narrow vision for each day, each task and each construction project. We need to widen our vision, focus on the future and get a real understanding of our goal.
