As a general contractor one of the ways to make your guys productive is to take little steps to make their job easier, which makes them happy. On all of our jobs we have a set up with rolling garbage cans, plan table, white boards, and a water cooler with delivery. For less than a $1,000 you can keep your site organized, clean and effective. The guys can clean as they go, they don’t have to leave the site for water, they feel respected that you took the time to do this. Keep them happy and they will stay on the job helping you complete your project. To get respect you first have give respect, even your mother would tell you that. Set money aside on every house you bid for the little things on site that will keep your guys happy. Build Happy.
