Engaging with anyone in a residential construction project is a long term and serious relationship. As the general contractor you are the individual that will be engaging with these people the most. Make sure you do your homework with the individuals, whether it’s a new client or a trade partner…Don’t get in bed with these people if you haven’t done your homework on them. Ask other general contractors who have worked with them, get intel from your clients architect. Do your homework on people.
