As a general contractor you have to be humble enough to ask the right questions to the experts in their respective trade. Helping people, help you understand why something isn’t working, or was done incorrectly will save a lot of time, confusion and frustrations throughout a construction project.

Take the time to sit down with your trade partners on site and before they mobilize to your construction project and ask the right questions. Help eliminate road blocks, unforeseen problems and most of all excuses. When you take the time to ask questions, people slow down and think about potential slips in your project. Get the right minds in the room together, ask the right questions and watch your jobs perform differently on a bigger scale than you’re used to.
